Shake bottle before use. Hold the bottle upside down and spray onto your vulva, perineum, and/or hemorrhoids as often as needed for immediate cooling and relief. A Must-Have for postpartum recovery!

I cannot recommend this product enough! After my birth I was looking for something soothing, natural and effective to help with healing - and this spray exceeded my expectations.
From the first use I felt immediate relief. The cooling sensation was incredible soothing on tender, swollen areas and it helped ease discomfort from stitches.
What I loved most is how easy it is to apply, just a quick spritz after using the bathroom. The product design is so clever (it's made for upside-down use) and within days I noticed less irritation and faster healing. Plus, it made me feel cleaner and more refreshed.
