Returns Policy

We accept returns for unused and unopened products only. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • Change of Mind: If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item at your expense for an exchange or store credit.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or provide store credit once the original product has been returned.

Please note: We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

All return requests must be initiated within one week of receiving your order.

Be sure to include the following information in your email:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue or reason for the return
  3. Photos (if applicable, for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Please return the item in the original shipping satchel or box with the provided return label securely attached.

  • Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind will receive an exchange or store credit only.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: You can choose between a replacement, exchange, or store credit. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can provide a prepaid return label upon request, with the cost deducted from your store credit or exchange value.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We’ll cover all shipping costs for these cases.

We accept returns from international customers on a case-by-case basis, following the same terms as domestic returns. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on location.
