Yes! If you are local to us in Christchurch, you have the option of 'click and collect' on the website from our premises at Unit C, 24 Essex St, Phillipstown, Christchurch 8011. When your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email from us confirming this, with further information regarding pick up. Our efficient pick-up process ensures that you can collect your order within our business hours, 9.30am-2.30pm Mon-Fri. Please do not arrive before you have received this email from us. Alternatively, we do have POS facilities onsite. However, please note that we do not have a storefront.

We hear you! Luckily, we dispatch orders daily on an overnight service within New Zealand, so you’ll get your goodies pretty quickly.

For orders within New Zealand, delivery typically takes up to 3 business days. All orders are dispatched on an overnight service for metro areas, while rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days.
For international shipping, delivery times vary based on the service selected:
- Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery times can be found here. Please note that delays are common with this option.
- DHL Express: Delivery time is location-dependent and usually completed within a few days. Exact estimates are displayed at checkout.
Important: For our international customers, we highly recommend choosing DHL Express for faster, more reliable, and fully trackable shipping. Economy Shipping often experiences delays and missed delivery targets, which can lead to frustration.

Yes! We offer free shipping to New Zealand and Australia on all orders over $80 NZD. For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders (outside of Australasia) and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on the package, reflecting the retail cost in NZD. Unfortunately, The Nude Alchemist cannot mark packages as "Gifts" to bypass customs or duties fees.
Please also note that, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion.
For further information on customs and duties charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
We provide a confirmation email that also serves as a GST invoice upon order placement.
