Enter our three natural vapour chest rubs to help ease the burden of sickness this winter, alleviating the congestion and discomfort experienced from the common cold, flu, fever, coughs, COVID-19 and infection. They support the respiratory and immune systems with the help of active ingredients in the essential oil blends, known for their antibacterial, antiviral, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.

  • For babies - for 3 months +
  • For kids - for 2 years +
  • For adults - for 10 years +

All formulas are safely and carefully considered and utilise the most effective oils for the intended age group instead of adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.

For example, the kid's formula is designed in line with current safety recommendations regarding components menthol and 1,8 cineole, which have recorded adverse reactions associated with children under 5. These constituents are in high percentages in oils such as eucalyptus and peppermint, so we have opted for safer, alternative oils in our final product for children.

Our adult formula was formulated with COVID-19 in mind and helps with mental fatigue/brain fog, nausea, coughing, and headaches related to congestion. Consequently, this formula can increase alertness, so please be aware of this if you are trying to sleep!

Packaged in a 30g glass amber jar. 

For those having trouble shifting the sniffles.

Apply externally to the chest, neck, throat, and/or back as often as necessary to support the immune system and respiratory health when threatened. 

For adults (only!), alternatively, add 1/4 tsp of the formula to boiling water in a ceramic bowl and leave for a minute on a counter before closing your eyes and putting your face over the bowl. If the steam temperature is comfortable for your face, put the towel over your head and breathe. Relax and breathe for a minute or two. You might cough right away—that's fine. You might want to remove your head, blow your nose to clear it and go back under the towel. You want to clear your sinuses and lungs.

Babies' formula: Olea europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil*, Cera alba (Beeswax)*, GMO-free Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Fragrance (Parfum)**, Limonene**, Linalool**. *certified organic  **from natural essential oils

Kid's formula: Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Ricinus communis (Castor) Seed Oil*, Cera alba (Beeswax)*, GMO-free Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Fragrance (Parfum)**, Limonene**, Linalool**. *certified organic **from natural essential oils

Adult's formula: Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Cera alba (Beeswax)*, GMO-free Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Fragrance (Parfum)**, Limonene**. *certified organic  **from natural essential oils

Babies' formula: External use only. For ages 3 months+. Avoid contact with eyes & mucous membranes. A patch test prior to use is recommended. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C. Keep out of direct sunlight. 

Kid's formula: External use only. For ages 2 years +. Avoid contact with eyes & mucous membranes. A patch test prior to use is recommended. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Love this product!!

How Good is Chest Rub!!

I bought this for my great-grandson as Nude Alchemist products had been recommended to me. This morning, I got a message from baby's mum saying, "Thanks for that chest rub. Baby and I are sick atm and it came at the right time. I definitely had a scare when he was in a coughing fit and he took a while to get out of it". I know what it is like as a new mum the first time your baby has a bad cough - frightening! It was so good to know that baby was helped with Chest Rub. Being old fashioned, I also recommended to her she use it on the soles of his feet!! Believe it or not, that works!! Thank you for your products - Teething Tamer has been a life-saver. Mum has one at home and one in her bag so it is with her at all times. Thank you.

Nice and Calming
