Crystallisation may occur in the product due to the natural butter content, as the fatty acids can separate with temperature fluctuations. This is a normal and expected occurrence. The crystals will dissolve upon contact with the skin as you apply the product. For a smoother texture, warm a small amount between your fingers before use.
